Everything we do is focused on the wellbeing of your pet
No separation, minimal stress
We recognise (especially after seeing the Covid-19 policies some practices introduced recently) that being apart from each other during examination and treatment is equally stressful to both owner and pet. Therefore our aim is to make the experience the least stressful and as humane as possible - providing our vet care in the pets' own home, surrounded by those whom they love and trust. Being ill is a stressful enough situation, when the last thing you want to do is to travel to a place you don't know, especially an intimidating place like a hospital. It is even more true for your pet. We understand that unnecessary stress decreases the patients' healing potential, so we come to your home instead.
Contact UsPartners in crime
It is important that you, the pet parents, get involved in the process as much as possible. We would like to be your partners in working towards the betterment of your pet's health and you are a crucially important person in this cooperation. Remember, your pet's clinical history, the treatments you administer after we are gone and your monitoring of their ongoing health (and letting us know in time if you need us) is just as important as the work we do. With your input we can accomplish so much more.
Contact UsNo such thing as a 'dumb question'
We just love straightforward and transparent communication. Please don't be shy - talk to us and ask us any question you need answering. Don't hesitate to share your personal requirements and circumstances that might affect our decision making either - understanding you is the key to finding out what we can or cannot do, all in the aim of achieving the best possible outcome for your pet. Good communication between us is our priority.
Contact UsPersonal, friendly service and continuity
Continuity is of great importance - not just for you and your pet, but also for us. We realise that it is important that you see the same vet that you and your pet trust and are familiar with every time possible. We would like to know and understand your personal situation and be best friends with your fur-baby, instead of seeing our patients on a corporate conveyor belt, where there is no time (and sometimes no passion either) for your pet. We treat every animal as if they were our own.
Contact UsMeet Bori
Hello, my name is Borbala (Bori) Vaczy. I qualified as a vet in Budapest in 2012. Since then I have worked in Hungary, The Netherlands and now in England since 2016. Whilst in Holland I completed a one-year rotating internship at Utrecht University.
Since I was little I have always been a big friend of animals, and they have always tended to find me when in need – whether they were ants that needed a human shield from the kindergarten teacher and her bug spray, injured hedgehogs, hypoglycaemic bees or pigeons with broken wings. Because I have always had cats and dogs as pets, these species are the ones I know the best, so in the end it just made sense to become a small animal vet.
I figured that if I combine my compassion and love towards animals with medical knowledge, I could be of the most use to pets everywhere.
I have decided to start a mobile service to be able to provide my services directly to pets and their owners instead of via big companies. I would like to achieve whatever can be achieved out of a hospital setting with the least amount of stress, in a home environment, where the animal is most comfortable and is surrounded by the ones that he or she knows and loves. I like to build a personal relationship with my patients, where we both know each other and each other’s habits and they don’t have to get used to another vet every time they need to be seen. I believe this way we can be the most efficient and reduce the stress the animals experience to the very minimum.

As opposed to working alongside other vets or, especially to working as a locum, I like to build a personal relationship with my patients, where we both know each other and each other’s habits and they don’t have to get used to another vet every time they need to be seen.
